"The Canadian delegation must reserve through the CFC. The list I sent includes three meals per day at the hotel (room and board). I anticipate that the hotels will use plastic bracelets , badges or keys to identify free meal recipients. Meals at other establishments are at your own cost. We do not have a choice of staying at the specified hotels.

I have contacted the Organizers to verify that persons arriving before Oct 19th will be picked up at the airport and transferred to their hotel.
WYCC organizer confirmed we can get a 5% discount on Hotel rates if the CFC books and pays for the rooms by the 13th August."

Hi Everyone,
I was just notified that the Cap StJacques is already fully booked and paid for.
There will be shuttles between hotels and the playing venue.
Can I get feedback for 2-3 other 3star hotel choices?

Hi,

I will go with my daugter Cendrina from Montreal. A parent in Montreal could let his child go with me to save on expanses. If another teen from Canada want to share the room with this 13 years old kid please let me know. We will make sure my room is next to their room.
